SHIPPING

We shipped our products from Portugal.


At the moment, we only ship to Portugal and the European Union.

We process & send your order out within 1-2 business day (Mo-Fr). During sales and new product releases, the processing time can be extended by up to 5 working days, as we receive a large number of orders at once.
You will receive a tracking number by email or SMS with which you can track the status of your package. Please also check your SPAM folder.

Portugal and the European Union:

We use shipping methods with tracking codes as the only shipping method for our national and international orders, as they guarantee faster and safer delivery . You can, at any time, track your order after it has been processed in our studio and receive an email with all the tracking information.

Shipping costs are not included in the prices of the items and are added to the total cost of the customer's order at the time of final purchase. The cost may vary depending on the weight of the order, the chosen carrier and the final price of the order.

You can confirm shipping rates for your country at checkout.

For all destinations:

Free for jewelry orders ≥ €50 via CTT Post Carrier.

Shipping costs may be free for other amounts, depending on the current campaign.

Portugal:

CTT Post Carrier (Mainland Portugal and Madeira and Azores Islands): €4.90

Spain :

CTT Post Carrier: €5.90

Remaining countries of the European Union:

CTT Post Carrier: €6.50

Portugal: 1 to 3 business days.
Spain : 2 to 5 business days.
Remaining European Union countries: 3 to 5 working days (according to information provided by the carrier).

Our carriers deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours (9am - 5pm). If you are not at home, we recommend that you use an alternative address.
National deliveries (Portugal) are supported by CTT Post Carrier or Batch Logistics. Both carriers offer a service where if you are not at home, they will leave a notice in your mailbox so that you can collect your order at the indicated post office. You will have a maximum period of 5 working days to collect your order. After this period, your order will be returned to our facilities.

If your order is returned to SOUR® at your own risk (e.g., you choose to refuse your package or fail to pick up your order at the post office within the specified time period), you are responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs fees incurred on the package and also the cost of returning the package to our facility. This amount will be deducted from your refund once the package has reached us.
If you would like our team to resend it, and/or send a new one, you must pay the new shipping costs, which must be made by bank transfer or MBway (Portugal only). Payment details will be sent to you in due course by email.

SOUR® is not responsible for lost orders.
To avoid any problems, please verify all your personal information and address details at the time of check-out.
If any order does not arrive at its destination or has been lost, you can contact your local carrier (CTT Post Carrier or Batch in Portugal and Spain) and start the claims process.
