RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Sour, our mission is to achieve your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.
Please email info@wearesour.com with “Return” or “Exchange” and your order number in the subject line. You will receive an email with information on next steps.
If for any reason you wish to exchange your item(s), you have a 15 day return/exchange window once you receive your package.
We remind you that articles must meet certain conditions, namely:
- Without scratches, wear marks, or other issues. Please make sure that necklaces do not tangle and that the items are not damaged/scratched during transport.
- You must ensure that the item comes inside the packaging in which it was packaged (fabric bag, zip lock bag, box) and that it is accompanied by any gift(s) sent with your order;
- The item must be shipped with the original bag/box used for shipping. If you no longer have it, you must include your name and order number inside the bag (example: First Name Last Name #00000);
If the items do not reach us in their original condition or are shipped more than 15 days after the delivery, we will not process refunds or store credit. We will not be held accountable for lost packages or any problems that may happen during the return transportation. Please allow up to 20 business days for your return package to reach our address (depending on your location). We’ll only issue a refund, store credit, or exchange once the parcel is delivered to us.
You’ll receive your refund once the returned items are received at our warehouse and processed by our collaborators. This may take up to 5 business days once after the package is received. The amount may take 1 to 3 days to be available in your account due to being an international bank transfer.
If you receive a defective piece, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at info@wearesour.com. It is mandatory that you provide photos or videos showing the faulty item. If our team is able to verify the issue, either a store credit/discount code with the item value will be provided or a replacement for the item. If the items are broken after 6 months period after you received your order, we will not be responsible for their replacement or repair. We are not responsible for lost items, either within the exchange period or after.
